Today, we're going to explore Hotfix 18 and unpack everything that was released in the patch notes. So, let's jump right in and discuss the new changes that are turning the game from dark to even darker.

Bug Fixes
The patch starts with a series of bug fixes that address issues with various character classes. The developers have been hard at work resolving issues such as Arcane Shield reactivation, malfunctioning smoke pots for Rogues, and the inability to apply Smite twice for Clerics. These bug fixes are vital for improving the overall gaming experience, making the gameplay smoother and more enjoyable.

Magic Damage Adjustment
One notable change is the adjustment of additional damage applied to calculating magic damage. The patch rectifies a situation where some special items were providing double magic damage, which had become a game-breaking issue. An item like the Kuma Claw, which initially had 15 magical damage applied twice (resulting in a total of 30 damage), was causing a significant imbalance in gameplay. The fix is a step towards maintaining fairness and balance in the game.

Blow Corruption Duration

Bandages and potions now stack up to three in the inventory stash, reducing clutter and allowing players to carry more healing items without sacrificing inventory space. Merchant Changes
A significant change is the removal of health potions and bandages from the Alchemist and Surgeon. This alteration will impact the way players acquire these crucial healing items, adding an extra layer of difficulty to the game.

Crystal Ball and Coin Bags
The Fortune Teller will now sell the Crystal Ball, streamlining the way players can acquire this item. Additionally, players can sell coin purses and coin bags to the Merchant, eliminating the issue of having no method to dispose of these items.

Infernal Playtime Increase
The duration of Infernal playtime is being extended by 2 minutes, providing players with more time to explore and engage with the game's challenging content.

Loot Drops
One significant change is the rebalancing of loot drops, resulting in fewer drops overall. This adjustment may alter the game's progression, forcing players to strategize and prioritize their loot choices.
